The Brazilian star Issues Sincere Sorry to The Madrid Club Devotees

Vinicius Jr in action

Vinicius Jr has registered five goals in 10 La Liga appearances this season.

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr has apologised to supporters for his response when substituted in the recent intense match against Barcelona victory.

The Brazilian was taken off in the 72nd min and showed his annoyance by walking immediately down the tunnel.

Vinicius eventually reappeared to the sidelines and, following his side's narrow triumph, sought to engage the opposition's youngster Yamal during unpleasant final whistle exchanges.

"Today I want to apologise to all the Madridistas for my behavior when I was taken off in the derby," the player shared on his account.

"Just as I have already done during today's practice, I also want to apologise again to my team-mates, the club, and the president.

"At times fervor gets the better of me because I always want to succeed and help my team. My winning mentality comes from the love I have for this team and each thing it represents."

He joined Real from his former club in 2018 for £38.7m and has scored over a century of strikes in numerous matches.

But his career in the Spanish capital is far from certain with rumors in lately stating that the club would think about allowing the young star leave if they obtained a good proposal.

When he was substituted on that day, broadcast footage from broadcaster the platform picked him up remarking: "It's always me! I'm exiting the club! It's wiser if I depart, I'm leaving."

In his most recent message on X, he said: "I commit to keep fighting constantly for the welfare of Los Blancos, as I have acted since the initial arrival."
